ok, revert your dead times back to whatever IN called for, leave the fuel and ignition maps alone/reload the stock basemap if you already messed with it, and instead play with Engine Coolant Temp modifiers, under the ECT correction menu.

If the car tries to start, but dies, add a bunch of fuel to the ECT correction table in the cold/ambient temp areas, watch your wideband, and add/subtract fuel as it warms up. HTS should highlight/indicate where ECT and which range of corrections are being acted upon on the scale, and you'll need to add/trim fuel out as needed according to your wideband.

The ECT fuel corrections table is an interpolated range of fuel "in addition/subtraction to" whatever is already programmed on the fuel map itself, over the actual ECT value.
  • If the values in the ECT fuel corrections table are positive, you'll be adding X amount of fuel to the cells found on the map, for the given Engine Coolant Temp.
  • If the values are negative, you'll be subtracting X amount of fuel to the cells found on the map, for the given Engine Coolant Temp.
Mess with ECT corrections FIRST, before ever touching the actual fuel map itself, especially if you are starting from a stock honda basemap. The stock basemap fuel curves are pretty good templates for first startup, you may just need more/less fuel overall, which is what ECT/IAT corrections are for.

Only once the engine is at operating temp, should you mess with the actual fuel/ignition tables themselves. Until then, only adjust the ECT/IAT modifiers.

Leave IAT modifiers alone for now, just mess with ECT fuel correction modifiers. IAT modifiers can be tweaked later, but not really necessary for initial start up.

So put a 200 (or more) in the box and try again.

The number in the modifiers isnt a percentage, neither are the values in the fuel map. Just know that bigger numbers mean more fuel, lower numbers are less. Those numbers ultimately go into a pulse width control algorithm that the ECU runs. Give it as much fuel as it needs in the modifiers. It wont hurt anything.

You said it runs fine with a stock map and stock injectors, so why do you think something is wrong with the ECU or wiring?
