Actually I'm trying to bring my VTEC back, but VTEC is Sexy soooooooo... Anyway, my VTEC hasn't been working. I pulled my check engine bulb to pass emissions, but before I did it was throwing an OBD1 code 22. I think that's VTEC oil pressure sensor. In the meantime my engine is losing oil and the motor has oil on it. I just got a new gasket kit and I'm looking to change my head gasket in hopes my car will once again hold oil. Could a bad head gasket make me lose enough oil pressure to rob me of my precious VTEC, or should I be looking into the wiring job the guy that did the swap did?

My vtec oil pressure comes on most of the time when I go through 3rd. It'll go off if I shut the car off and restart it. My oil isn't burning or anything. I'm still trying to figure it out. Somehow, I can't even hear the vtec anymore. (59300 cam)
