They are about $300 from the dealer. Try a junkyard. How about 'WTB' section?

What is the idle problem?
Anywhere but a dealership!!!

my idle starts off high when you first start it up, then after a few minutes it fluctuates, high, then low, high-low, when you drive its okay, when i get to a stop, it fluctuates.

check all your vacuum lines for leaks, also check the intake gasket by spraying carb cleaner on all lines and where the intake mates with the head, i had this problem and replaced the iacv and it did not go away, i found a vacuum leak was the culprit.

Truly! A classic vac leak spot on the CRX is the hose leading to the MAP sensor. It tends to crack on the backside at the tip of the hosebarb.
