t'was thinking, how does one go about getting their tranny set-up to haul ass in higher gears...i.e. hp, long gearing, short gearing....etc.

i know atleast that much. i was thinking of the 1/4 run bisi had with another car. it was posted somewhere on here. -showed the other car taking bisi in 1rst and 2nd but 3rd and 4rth bisi annihilates him.

someone posted this up about a month ago.- i know it takes all that but what exactly is the gearing ratio and what-not.

i think i get it!!!!! muahahahaha. with low hp one would wanna get shorter gears and vice versa. and then there is the configuration of the final drive to the size of the tires to get "hauling-ass" in the top/short end you want to.
