In need of a honda guru !!
91 civic was dpfi now mpfi with a obd0- obd1 jumper harness and dizzy jumpers
Has a d15b8 running po5 ecu
My fuel pump will no longer prime just stoped priming drove the car 2 twice
I have 2 ecu's now same problem
If I put the stock pr4 it will prime no problem
I have tried multiple main relays checked the grounds at the thermostat housing everything looks good I'm stumped lol I even tried to jump the fuel pump it kicked on but the car will not start
I really want to drive around
Any help would be appreciated

Window Rectangle Slope Font Line

Check to be sure you have battery voltage at pin 1 key off , and pin 5 key on, power for pin 5 comes from the ignition switch through the under dash fuse block, power for pin 1 comes from the under hood fuse block. Start there, since it did prime and run at first its likely a blown fuse or bad ignition switch.
