I was just wondering if anyone knows what alloy Honda uses for its blocks, specifically the Y7. Not needed for anything in particular, I was just wondering.

I'll keep looking, but maybe I'll have to get a junk part and have it analyzed...we have a big metallurgy department at school, so maybe they could do it...

yea. he sells/sold pins for block posting that he says are made of the same alloy as the honda blocks.

I know that the DART Honda blocks are made or aerospace-quality C355-T6 alloy, but I know that doesnt help.. hehe
