my 94ex threw a rod i have a y8 motor what is involved in making this swap possible... what ecu harness and distributer do i need i have everything from the y8 and the z6 please help..
use all the stuff from your z6 such as, ecu, injectors, dist, i think the t/b are the same...use all the wiring in the car already all should go well....good luck.
the dist wont line up that is the only problem i am having now the y8 dist i different than the z6 can i hard wire the y8 into the harness or will it not work right if i do.. and the z6 harness mdont have a plug for the knock sensor
Ok so I’m trying to tension the power steering pump where it needs to be and realized the car didn’t have part of the items needed to do so.
