Ok so I got some new rims 15x8 my old setup were 15x6 and never rubbed so now I got these and in one week they rubbed all the way thru on the inside on the rear tires I'm only 1 finger gap too. I havnt got a camber kit cuz my camber isn't even bad to make that big of a difference any ideas?

You need to post pics of the inner wells as well. You could be hitting something and not know it.

With that much damage to the tire you will have witness marks on what ever the tire is rubbing on

They are definitely stretched, what's the offset on the wheels? Did u check the other side. If its both I had this issue with a set of Honda fit 15". They were rubbing on the upper arm which affects camber.

Low tire pressure coupled with camber and stretched tire put excessive strain on the side wall...the rim itself is prolly what cut the tire
