I consider myself 'OK' at reading plugs, but these got me a lil confused lol

Insulators are white, down to the very bottom, then barely turn light tan. But the ring around the top is solid black.

And I can see/read the timing mark.

Heat range looks good to me.

Car runs great, but Im getting -16% on the long term fuel trim, damn OBD2... tail pipe is solid black also. New O2 sensor, ect.

My other concern is, Its been reading the same long term trim, indicating rich condition. but Ive recently added a bigger cam, and ported intake manifold. 4-1 header and 2.5 exhaust. Reset teh ecu after installing new O2 last week. Also advanced the ign timing 3-4 degrees.
