I agree :bravo:not torquing it enough, or to much would be my first guess
X2Check the bolt thread, it may be worn. A fresh new bolt may benefit you.
A little drop of BLUE threadlock may help ( I said BLUE, not red! and just a drop!)
You should torque it with a torque wrench, according to Haynes manual, torque is set to 130
thats basicly how they do it at honda... ask a lot of the guys that work at a honda dealership about torque specs on things and they will tell u "i just use the impact."i have NEVER torqued that bolt down...ive always broke it loose with a breaker bar and 3 feet of pipe, and run it back on with my craftsman 1/2 inch impact...never had a problem
