Sorry I havnt introduced myself but this is important and I need it sorted asap ;)

Right, here's the deal. My mate bought a EG3 (D13B2), great lil car good condition, ran perfect. [It's a EUDM DX]

UNTIL, the timing belt decided to skip some teeth and bend the valves. Never had a problem up until then. Sods law eh?

Anyway, so a mechanic mate is going to sort the head out for him, but I was thinking, how much work/is it possible to swap on a D15B2 head from an LSi onto it? Ported and Polished obv. Their both SOHC non-vtec. So is it possible and/or worth it? Also, does the fact that the D15B2 head is FI and the D13B2 Carb make a difference?

What other parts can be used, heard the crank, rods and cam call all be used but wanted to know if you guys knew if it was possible first.

I have had a good search but can't find any answers :(

It should bolt right up. Is the D13B running a mechanical or electric fuel pump? The D15 might not have a port for the mechanical pump.
