mounts is the only thing holding us back really , the wiring can be done. its just theres no aftermarket mounts available that i know of. so youd have to custom fab all the mounts.

Why the fuck would you waste your time and money on custom everything to put an old design motor into your car? Seriously, B16? H22? rofl

You can swap a K-series easily and cheaper if you do your homework and source out the parts.

Oh and Hondata just released K-pro for the D17. So you can boost the D17 and have some real engine management not AEM. Don't give up on the 7thgen just yet.

well K engines will still cost you your first born child , and look at it this way , the "older" engines as you put it , are still exspensive. so dont look for cheap K's anytime soon.

I'm not saying K-series are "cheap", but for all the fab work that it would cost to put an old motor design in why do it? You would spend the same amount to swap a K-series and all of it would fit nicely. You could swap a straight K24 in for around $3500 doing the install and it would make more torque than a B16 makes horsepower. I just don't understand why anyone would want to swap a B-series into a 7thgen. I guess to be different? But still slow?
