First of all, I just want to confirm that this will indeed work on a Y8 intake manifold. I've heard it will fit fine. Is this true?

Secondly, is there anything I should be asking the seller of this TB? do I need to make sure it has anything? (e.g. TPS or a gasket of some sort?)

Is there anything I'll need to buy to make this fit and work correctly or is it a direct bolt on? Will I need to get a new intake (e.g. for an Integra)?

Thanks!

The seller has told me it's missing the TPS sensor. I know what it does, but have never had to purchase one. How much would this be for a GS-R throttle body? Can I just put the one from the Y8 on the GS-R TB?

GSR throttle body is 60mm, Y8 body is 50-something (56?).

So the TPS sensor will just come off of my Y8 body. Thanks!
from what gsr? 1000?

I installed a GSR throttle body on my Y8 intake manifold a couple months ago. It bolts right on but I had to port the Y8 opening because it was smaller than the GSR TB opening.

You also have to change the linkage. The throttle linkage is 180 degrees backwards. This is easy to do, just undo the bolt on the throttle shaft and remove the half circle part that the throttle cable connects to. Replace it with the one from your Y8 TB and your good to go.

What if you are using a A6 TB now? Same half circle swap?

The gsr tb is a direct bolt-on onto a y8 IM. Any 92+ civic/teg TPS should fit. HOWEVER, You must calibrate it. The TPS needs to read 0.49V at with throttle closed (idle) and 5V at wide-open. You need a multimeter to do this calibration. It is not difficult, but since the tb that you are looking at does not come with a TPS, then this is not simply plug-n-play.
