I've read through most of bone's posts regarding transmission tech and am having issues finding good pictures of the gear/ sleeve deburring process. I've gotten a lot of differing opinions on how this should be done. Bone suggests a 120 grit flap disc multiple times and none of the pictures associated with this process exist any more. I've also been told to use a brass wire wheel on a bench grinder and a steel wire wheel. In a perfect world I'd send everything off for REM polishing, but this is a street car and a lower power d-series.

Anyone have some info/ pictures on this?
