97 hx swapped my cabin harness with one out of a 2000 dx and have this extra plug for the fuel pump can’t figure out what it’s used for

When I try and start it it will only start with me giving it throttle I can hear the fuel pump constantly priming itself like when you first turn the key

Probably fuel tank pressure sensor. Do you have a check engine light on?

Check engine light is on anyway to bypass it so I don’t need to change my harness

Find those wires at the ecu plugs and look up a ecu pinolut and figure it out.

I advise to to at least know what it is. Sometimes it is handy to know if you have an ignition hot sitting there, making it super convenient to relay-power the fuel pump for extra life.
