I have checked the following
fuse 44
fuse 13
main relay has good ground to thermo housing g101
main relay has power from fuse 44 and fuse 13

New fuel pump and injectors yesterday as well as p28 with s300.
it ran with no issues several times while uploading different base maps and playing with setting for the tps and such.
moved from garage to parking spot in the driveway. a few hours later come out and nothing. speedo needle sweeps, get rapid clicks from main relay. Then cycle key an nothing happens. also swapped original ecu to make sure it wasnt something with the p28 and s300 same thing happens.
This was all last evening. fast forward to this afternoon. check all engine grounds, clean and reinstall. no change. tried a second main relay ,again no change. ive got the bottom of the dash torn apart touching and shaking wire looms in hopes of finding a frayed or loose wire. also check ignition switch for loose or broken solder joints no issue there. Also batter reads 11.8

what am i missing?

Do you have schematics?

For it to just stop working randomly as you describe, it's probably something simple. The only way to really get a handle on things is trace the power up schematics through your car to make sure power and ground are all getting to the components that need it.

Following schematics, use a test light and/or multimeter and work your way through the power supply diagram. It explains what is supposed to get power when you have the key in certain positions.

so after replacing ignition switch, main relay, under hood fuse panel. trouble shooting for 2 full days, cleaned and replaced grounds. It ends up being a super easy fix. the ground from drivers headlight to engine, its been grounded to the vavle cover for 2 years never an issue. all the sudden replaced fuel pump and injectors, and no crank issue. switched from valve cover to the power steering bracket and boom it fired right up.
