I finally pulled the pics off the camera. Started out planning to make a fresh air intake through the headlight opening for runs at the dragstrip. Ended up doing this instead.

Thanks. I'm wondering if it will hold together at 130+ mph.

Nope, dont drive it if it's raining. It has enough traction problems on a dry street.

We'll see.

very nice
Thankyou

I bet I post pics. :)
i could see it as a drag strip thing but on the street id be to worried of dirt and rocks flying fast enough to puncture that screen. have fun getting that duct tape off after a pull or two

I'm going to use something in there as a filter for street driving. Dont know what yet.

The duct tape's there to help keep the elbow from blowing apart. I dont want it to come off. :)
is that thing made outta pop cans? j/k

"did he hit a bird?"

"i dunno but theres feathers coming out the exhaust"
It looks like it would be functional, I would just put a finer screen on it though.

yeah..... I agree
look's good and you will prooly get a good amount of cool air... but if you want the max you should try to locate it at a 17% angle, this will give you max flow... i did kinda a lame ms paint to try to show you what i mean by 17%... also, i think i remember seeing a filter for this type of set up that was made by greenfilterusa.com...
