if you have a 88-89 tranny get a clutch flywheel for that year(s)...and if you have a 90-91 tranny get a clutch , flywheel for that..the difference if how many spines each has i think the 88-89 has like 18...and 90-91 has 21 also the clutch is slightly bigger that 88-89 .... it makes no difference whether its 4 or 5 speed
actually the 89 90 91 has 21 spline the 88 was the odd one out with 20 spline , the flywheels however are different between 88-89 and 90-91 , the early model has a 200mm pcd for the pressure plate bolt and the later model has something like a 220?? mm pcd. But anyway to answer your question any d-series flywheel and clutch combo should fit just make sure your spline count is the same for the tranny and clutch plate
