i am guessing you have a z6 or y8 engine? and are you also running a td04-15g turbo or is that a bit bigger? how big of a hole did you drill on your manifold? and with your wastegate facing forward...is it pretty hard changing the springs to turn up the boost? thanks for the pic btw, really appreciate it at least now i am have some idea on how to do it .

Exactly, if it's that good of a deal don't let it go if you know you can use it later, or if you can make a few bucks if you decide not to use it.

is there any other alternatives/way that i can weld my external WG, rather than the one in the pic with the y8 engine? thanks.

yes.

You can weld it up front in the middle, where the screw hole is.
You can weld it of the left runner.
You can weld it on the internal WG port.
You can make a spacer between the manifold and the turbo, and weld the WG on that spacer
