not really maybe lengthening the wires on the o2 sensors. the nuts on the exhaust manifold studs are gunna be a bitch to get off. Use a lot of penetrating oil to get them off, if you have an impact wrench that will make it a lot easier. that bracket coming off the block to the exhaust and to the intake manifold can be a bitch aswell. other than that its a fun process. Post pictures.
1. Remove your y7 Exhaust Manifold and Install your aftermarket Header. Go to a Muffler Shop and have them put a Catalytic Converter with whatever Size Exhaust you're going with. While they're at it, tell them to put a bung after your Cat. so you can put your secondary o2 Sensor.
2. Buy Everything Aftermarket for a Ex and put it on yourself.
Header, Cat. and Exhaust. And then tap after the Cat. for your secondary o2 sensor.
Which ever way your go, you just need to extend the Wires for the Secondary o2.

For you say anything I've done the search of done four searches and after getting to the 20th page I give up . My plan is to use a D15B7 and put the Max peating rod rods which are higher at 134.5 mm which is only at half a millimeter larger than stock rods. Along with this I plan for a z6 head...
Has anyone here actually used the Delta 260 "torque grind" or known someone who has? I'm curious about it's performance for a daily driver...
Also, has anyone used the 272 and played with the cam timing? What was the best setting for your build?
Any other info would be appreciated as well...
I am new to this site, I have been trying to get some help from other sites for about 2 weeks now and haven't gotten a single reply yet, hopefully this site will be quicker and better suited for my needs.
I have a 97 hatchback with a rebuilt d16y7, and the acura 5spd transmission.
First, I have a full d16y8 except intake is a z6. It was recently built by me i have only started it maybe 4 times to do heat cycles and to tune the idle it has not been driven.
Parts- stock head, p2p0 rods, vitara pistons, acl race bearings, arp head studs, turbo, skunk2 catback exhaust...
