without opening the engine, what numbers can I expect to make with a little 14b turbo?

would 250 be reaching? wheel.....

also, what is the most appropriate rev limiter? 7500???

7500 is factory fuel cut. I wouldn't push much past 10lbs. Your setup and dyno will effect what kinda of numbers you see from that boost.

The bottom end is treated relatively the same as any other d16, 200 horse in the general consensus for "safe and relaible" previous members (lurker [iirc]) made 250 on the stock engine for many years , but with any engine , it's all in the tune.

The ball and socket valve train does limit raising the rpms, people have gone higher, but, that's your call.

The 14b is a good choice if your looking for a fun street able , near instantaneous boost, that carries out through the rpm range, I enjoy my zc with the 14b very much
