ZC looses coolant, like a whole $10 jug in like 10 minutes, and I'm NOT exaggerating. I refilled 3 times on a 30 minute drive home. It sprays onto the intake side of the motor, creating a ton of steam/smoke, and also it was burning it, cause there was a TON of white smoke in my rearview at speed. There is also a little bit at idle. It would also reach the HOT mark very quickly.

I'm thinking the intake gasket is being gay, and at the most I'll need a manifold. But I need to fix this shit TODAY!

Have you had this prob, and what was YOUR fix?

are you sure that all of the hoses are hooked up? either your gasket is f'd, or maybe one of the iacv hoses are unplugged (on the back of the intake maifold)? the white smoke could either be from the coolant leaking onto your exhaust, or its getting into your motor (the bad way).

Thats why I said check hoses. A bad gasket would not burn up all that coolant that fast. However once warmed and expanded, coolant would squezze throught the smallest hole fast because of the pressure.
