Problem is I can't get my drivers side i-shaft to go in the diff (I-shaft is too big ). I habe B16a and my tranny is a B series y1 with unknown LSD I installed. I have teg i-shaft now. I was wondering if someone knew about the ZC shaft input bore. Maybe the zc input shaft is more small and that would work. Any ideas. Thanks

This is D-series.org...

DOHC ZC uses the same shaft spline but it won't work on a B series block.

Do you have a D16A1 shaft now or a B18A/B18B shaft?

I got it worked out. For some unknown reason I had to fully seat the i-shaft with a sledge hammer. Then it bolted up. I don't remember it being this damn tight in the OEM differential. Its a B18b shaft. I think its a cusco diff.
