Sure most of of you are used to seeing this shit.

It looks super sweet all bent the hell up from ding dongs putting heavy shit on it and stuff lol

what i did is soak the board in water didnt take tong for it to be saturated in water

after that i put heavy stuff on the board and let it sit for a few days.
wouldnt had let it sit so long but its cold in the shop still

after that here ya go all straight again
ill prob glue some some thin strips of wood on bottom

as for soaking in i used a garden hose for a few minutes on the carpet side. then drain water off if and put it on the ground with the heavy items

Problem with this is after u soak it the strength integrity goes out the window and the same thing happrns again so i just replace it with a thin sheet of wood and cut it out and. And glue the carpeting on it

sorry i would rather have oem in there other then some wood and caroet that dont match. and being reinforced it should be better, and be even better when the spare tire is back in there also

That's why you glue the oem carpet to the wood...

yes I use the oem carpet so it looks identical but the wood is just stronger and still almost same thickness
i totally agree with this. I have done the same thing and trust me its better that the OE crap sheet. U can throw lot of shit on it and dont have to worry about the board bending.
