This is for many different people.

1. if you got no money
2. if you enjoy custom work
3. dont want the heat soak experienced with stock airboxes or short ram intakes
4. dont want a cold air intake cause it rains too much in your area
5.etc......

first you must remove your bumper to gain access to your resonator

Next you will cut a hole in the resonator, i left the bottom uncut and 2 of the sides uncut to prevent excess water getting in, also drill one hole in the bottom for water to drain if i does get it

dont worry about a pretty hole, no ones gonna see it with the bumper back on

Finally you must connect your airbox to the resonator so it is sure to suck cool air from behind your bumper, hot air=not your friend

i just blocked off one of the holes leading to another pipe with a spraypaint can top (i know its ghetto but it fit PERFECT) and i tighted a hose clamp around it to prevent it from loosening

now you never suffer from heat soak again
after driving around for almost an hour i never noticed any drop in power, wheras stock it would definately loose power from heat soak

i also noticed incresed low end, especially on early upshifts (shifting to 3rd at 25mph, etc...)
