It would be DAMN hard to get it to fit. Not sure if it would be possible without spending so much as to make it just stupid really. The gains (if there were any) would never be enough to make it worth while I dont think.

USUALLY (note I said usually to all the mini me owners out there) There is a reason Honda puts heads and blocks together a certian way. The frankinstien motor (LS Vtec) is becoming less and less popular now. Wonder why? They tend to work great for about 2 years and them BOOM. I cant remeber the details why, someone here might. It has to do with eventual wear from mismatched parts.

Usually its just better to go with an already exsisting combo from Honda.
My 2 cents.

Bore Size, cylinder spacing and bolt patterns are totaly different between B-series and D-series ... You would have better luck trying to put a ZC DOHC head on a D-series block .... still difficult ..but not almost impossible like the B16 option

i concure....differences in combustion chamber spacing....the amount of money it would take to even get it close to being put on you be better off buying a b16. and still have loads more cash to build it.
