got my car tuned and t made 107.75whp, why?

here is my set up;

Head:
-supertech titanium valve springs and retainers
-cometic head gasket
-full port and polish
-valve job
-ARP head studs
Block:
-Bore/hone
-decked
-new milling oil pump
-gates racing water pump
-gates racing timing belt
-eagle H beam rods
-Vitara 75.5 low comp. pistons
-Hastings rings
-ACL race bearings
-golden eagle block guard
-all new gaskets for everything
-all new belts
-stage 4 comp clutch and pressure plate
Turbo
- cast iron headers
Ported y8 intake with b16tb
-Edelbrock 22.5Lx6.5Hx2.5W intercooler
-Edelbrock aluminum air intake for compressor housing
- t25Garrett turbo it says .80 on compressor side and .68 on exh
- 50mm Tail BOV
-255 walbro fuel pump
-650 RC injectors
-P75 ecu chipped and tuned on chrome by inline racing in houston tx on 8lb boost

so the size of the turbo is not necessarily the big issue here? just need to crank up boost? no leaks he checks for oil,coolant, vac/boost leaks before tune starts and after every pull

i want to go to new tuner but dont have the extra $ right now, he says if i upgrade going to retune for free after i updrade tubo. if i get sh**y numbers again after the bigger turbo goes in then im going to go to jason over at stupid fast, where i should have gone to start

what engine is it? what head is it?

Need more boost. Check for boost leaks. Also vitaras on stock length rods will net really low compression.
also this.

if you have super low cr and not enough air in there due to low boost(though with the port it should still flow well) its like its stock lol.

you have enough work done to that block why not go with a bigger turbo and shit the boost out of it?

First there no point of getting a free tune when he cant see there is no boost building up check your vacuum lines and couplers. Is it building any pressure now?
