sounds like someone didnt pay attention to the pcv system when they built the motor.

id look into that, when the crankcase pressure builds up it has to go somewhere. if the dip stick is poping out, i would have to guess leaking seals are in the near future unless you solve the problem. the crankcase needs to vent, there is enough threads on every honda website for all the info your gonna need to take care of it.

did you use the old dipstick? Maybe the rubber washers that hold it in are worn and allowing it blow out.

dude sometimes just a catch can and a little breather filter wont cut it.
did you add any extra ports in the engine to vent the crankcase?

the other guys made great post as well. do a compression test and check the "o" rings on the dipstick. maybe the o ring cracked and isnt holding it in anymore.

It could be a lot of things, how many times has it happened? Does the car burn any oil right now? If you just want a way to keep the actual stick in there, you have a couple options, you can run a metal wire through the loop and tie it down to one of the brackets on the block, or you can JB weld two wires to the casting and then run them through the dipstick and tie them down after you put the stick in. good luck.
