im putting a d15b2 in my hatch

i have no idea how to go about correctly disconnecting the wiring. it seems like the guy didnt know what he was doing it. it just looks all ghetto. (pics to come)

the motor that was in it was not running right at all before i pulled it

should i just buy a non vtec engine harness?

and the p28 will have to be chipped and tuned to run the b2 correct?

another question:

i was told to use a b7 dizzy with this swap. but wont any 0bd1 dizzy work?

caues i already have a z6 dizzy

You should know by now that you cant use a vtec distributor on a non vtec engine.

All the answers are out there, you just refuse to find them yourself.

B7 distributor, B7 ecu. I have both.

alright.

but should i attempt to rehack the already hacked wiring harness or just try and find a new non vtec one?

Depends how bad it is. Get some pics. You only add 3 wires for vtec, how bad did he mess it up?

no need to mess with the wiring if you dont want to....if the ecu is going to be chipped just turn off vtec. Either way its not very many wires
