ok heres my d16z6 turbo build...but i need some info about the vitara pistons...should i get them or get a set of CP's....how long do vitaras last...
my hp goal is 400+....just give me some info about a good build for 400+hp...its going to be a daily driven car...

75mm vitara pistons/w eagles rods/or 75mm cp's with eagles
king bearings
comp cam 59300
supertech valves springs

IMO with all the nice stuff your putting into this, I'd go with Wiseco piston or some other forged unit.

Also why such a big cam ? Have you looked into a cam from Bisi ?

thats what i thought..why put all this money in a motor and go cheap on pistons...so get wiseco..

well im getting a good deal form the company so i thought i would get that one...what cam would you recommend...i looked at the bisi one but i really dont want to pay 350 for just a cam....would the 59300 cam be better for a street car...i just thought bigger cam better power range...

Yes the 300 cam is much better for the street. We used the 500 for track only.

The same basic engine with the 300 cam had a nice flat torque curve from vtec on.

Hint keep both hands on the wheel in the higher rpm's. tires will spin in the top end of gears.
