i have a d16z6 im buying a comp 59500 272 cam was wondering if im goint to have piston to valve clearance. should I do pm6 or new p29s or do I have to clay and run adjustable came gear run a 3 layer or 2 layer gasket. it will be a daily driver in a crx till I get the swap parts for the k20 I have. then this motor will go into a sandrail or baja bug im building,

I dont think anyone would tell you you dont need to measure valve to piston.There are way to many things that can change it.Like maybe someone cut the head at some point.

Certain springs from the transmission are PERFECT to replace the valvesprings when checking P2V issues...
