sup guys
I just swapped my d14z1 head to d16z6 head but left my d14 distributor. Car is running but when enginge gets heated up, it starts random reving 200-1000.
Do you think it's reving becasue of distributor? What can happen if i don't put d16 distributor? Cuz i have one but dunno how to plug it in :D

recheck everything.

swapping heads means you moved a LOT of gaskets, and just a pinhole leak somewhere can cause idle issues.

a distributor does not control idle.

the only time a distributor will effect idle is if you have it crank so far in one or other direction that you completely miss firing to the distributor cap

Ok and now another problem. I have d15b7 intake maindfold. Is there a way to install d16z6 or d15b7 injectors (240)? Cuz d14z1 has 190.
Plugs running from my vehicle simply don't fit into d15b7 im.

what year was the d14?

also, look up injector clips honda obd1 obd2

there are differences.

Searching will get a wider amount of info. There is a lot of interchangability in our honda world, but you gotta get that supporting information!
