Hey all, as some of you already know i'm in the process of building my turbo sohc. I was concerned with the bearing clearances, my crank was micrometer'ed before I had it polished and everything was within factory spec so I chose to go with factory spec clevite bearings. I didn't want to deal with the hassle's of maching this and that.

does anyone know the specs i should be within once i plastigage everything later on this evening that would be optimal for my boost setting??

I would love to search on the subject and super pressed for time so i decided to post...thanx in advance!

Loose is fast...with that being said, my setup worked well at the .002 factory max service limit. Used King bearings.

I went with STD ACL's back in the day and my clearances were .0015.
