Hi all,

I am planning to put a D16Z4 DOHC into a 1st gen prelude. ive found a full car so i have everthing but im thinking about ditching the FI and running Weber carbs.

I am guessing this then simplifies the wiring and i would perhaps ditch the ECU and change out the distributor.

What would i then do with the lock up solenoid and also what does the solenoid even do?
