I just got the Arp head bolts in today from UPS. I saw how the Nuts look and I was wanting to know what size socket they use (12 point nut). Thanks!
Don't forget to check the torque again after a few miles. Even at stock torque expect them to streach a little bit.If it says 60 do 60 DONT DO 65 or higher, you might end up damaging the stud by streching them with the load. and yes first do 20, 40 then 60. Or you can do 30 then 60.
i never retorqued mine and i've had them on there almost 9000 miles with lotsa boost, no problems!Don't forget to check the torque again after a few miles. Even at stock torque expect them to streach a little bit.
All the Toyotas I've ran them on have been 14mm 12-points. If you don't have a 12mm or 14mm 12-point socket hit sears up they're like $4 ea
