Hey guys, quick question.
I think the block on my d16y7 has thrown a rod bearing. Instead of having a machine shop have a go at the block, I wanna check my options.
It is OBD2b, and I'm curious if I can mate an older OBD1 D16's block to my y7's head without throwing a code? Is there any new sensors on the OBD2 blocks have that the OBD1 blocks didn't already have or would it be good to go?
This would greatly help me.
