I remember on some forum back when it was figured out too much oil was getting in the turbos, some body had made theirs. There was a way of using a drill bit on a scale to figure out what you needed. What he did was weld the hole shut, drill with one bit, and use another by hand. I did it and it worked perfect. Just dont know what site it was on. Could have been todd...

thats just a ching chong ebay turbo...its probably journal bearing so you shouldnt have to run an oil restrictor...but since it is ebay crap i would run it till it breaks and buy a nice turbo...

It depends on the turbo. There are two diffrent fittings for the garrett gt series and the t3 turbo's. I dont want to give you the wrong information but typicially journal bearings take more oil then the GT series. So I would call the company that makes the turbo and ask what size restrictor they suggest and what size fitting is needed to go into the turbo. Or you can go to a hardware store and see which size fitting the turbo is.

Im pretty sure this works with the t3 turbo's has a 1/8 fitting to the turbo to -4an.
Xenocron Tuning: .063" Oil Restrictor #[oil restrict]

Here is a feed line so you can mount it to the back firewall to take some pressure off the block thread. It also has an add on for the t3 restricter I think. Size is 1/8 to the turbo
Xenocron Tuning: Remote Oil Pressure Tee Kit #[oil line kit]

I used this one for my bb turbo and had to get a -3an female fitting to -4an male fitting for it to work right. This has a 7/16 turbo side fitting.
DIF 10016 Turbo Oil Restrictor -3AN to 7/16-24 (.032" Oil Hole Size)

7/16 turbo side input to a -3an line with a .63 restrictor.
DIF 10017 Turbo Oil Restrictor -3AN to 7/16-24 (.062" Oil Hole Size)
