A buddy of mine has a d16a6 and tells me there is now ay the y8 head will bolt up. THat the bolt holes are not even close to where they should be, resulting in the head not being able to bolt up...

Is the a6 a different bolt pattern?

But as i told him, My brother has a d16a6 with a z6 head.. and i have a z6 head on my y7 block... and my other buddy has a y8 block on a z6 block... Meaning that all the heads have the same bolt pattern if they are all bolting to each other? Cause if the y8 is bolting to the z6 bottom end, then the y8 head would bolt to the a6 cause my brother has a z6 on an a6 and it bolts up???

Need a quick answer. thanks

Look at my set up. No issues at all with anything not lining up.

DO NOT BOOKMARK, alot of bad info there, esp. if you use it for ANYTHING D15 related.
