tuning is complicated with carbs...stock internals are fine up to a point, but if you have a sleeved block, i would want to make it bullet proof, and get at least a set of rods.
not true..high enough compression and revs require sleeving, or at least posting your blocka n/a d block dose not need sleeving nor forged pistons or rods,
zdyne is outdated as posted earlier...
captain obvious has spokenD blocks are some of the strongest stock blocks. If you plan on sprayin just get pistons with good rings and some strong rods, block will take care of itself.
