After some issues with my stock motor, I decided to rebuild it.

I already bought a set of CPs 75.5 pistons and EAGLE H-beam rods. I made some good research over the net about this stuff, but anyways I want to hear the opnions of you guys also.

The setup is:
Civic EX 95
ZC SOHC VTEC motor
RC 550 high resistance injectors
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Ebay cast iron manifold
Ebay T3/T4 turbo 50/63 AR
2.5" exhaust piping
Crome tuned on moates demon

First of all, I'm taking the engine block to the shop for machining.
What do you think the max HP potential on this setup? What is the p2w and piston rings clearance I want, in order to make the engine last long on high boost and HP levels, and at the same time quite as possible?
The recommended p2w clearance by CP is 0.0035", but I afraid it gonna be too tight and kill the motor quickly.

What is the maximum cyl head/bottom end surface machining allowed for stock head gasket? Is it recommended using cometic head gaskets?

What is the recommended journal to bearing clearance? What is the most recommended bearing brand? ACL? King?

Any Opinion/Thoughts are welcome! :bigok:

Thanks! :)

Im all about building the motor up more than the turbo kit so you can upgrade later but the ebay turbo will disappoint.....

Why limit yourself with crome? Run neptune if you have the demon. I have never had very good luck with crome and the demon, night have tried all 3 versions with little success.

Also, your setup is good for lots of power minus your injectors, you need bigger.
