Is there any code stamped on the d series IM's by which to tell them apart. Of course the y8 manifold is easy but what about the rest. I just found out that my supposed stock d15b7 TB is actually much larger than the Fel Pro gasket I bought for this engine. Gonna measure it soon.

thanks for all the help fellas.......your site is amazing!!

these fel pro gaskets (D15 and crx)both measure ~1.75 "diameter that would make it about a 44mm throttle body opening.does this make any sense?? I checked with the fel pro web site and my measurements were confirmed. I know my TB is much bigger but what's up with these gaskets....44mm??!!

the label on the package is for 92 hond 4cyl 1.5liter D15

I'm confused :3dtard:

I took off the CAI and put my hand over the TB while running and the motor shut down. From what I read this is a good thing...no vacuum leaks. A drifter at work told me to use some black silicone sealant....I'm sure i'll find a paper gasket for the TB I have though

thanks again forany thoughts fellas
