well iput a d15b6 in my girls 97 ex coupe and well wondering if there is a cam swap i can do to wake it up any. i know it is a 8v but i forget where and cant find where i seen some one talking about they swaped in a a6 cam or something down that road.

i am not looking to make a ton of power but any little more i can get out of it would be nice. i think i am going to swap a twin cam zc in to it over the summer. working on a standard shift swap now . and i have a hedder for it and will make a intake for it soon.

only one cam for the HF motor and you are using it.

That car has to be dog ass slow with 1/2 the power of the original Y8.

ya it is not dog i have to say i was impressed that it actully pulls its self really good up hill easy no prob and downt he highway at 80 90 no prob.

and i know some one swap a a6 cam in to a b6 head for sure i seen it i went threw his post i just cant find it now. he build a high compression 1.7L stroker then put a HF head and swap a a6 cam....

any one know

can't swap the cam.

Besides A6 cam has smaller lobes but twice as many valves.

Can't swap the heads due to 8v pistons.
