I've got a D15B2 in a 1989 sedan, still dpfi. It burns oil like a 2 stroke and I'm stumped
My compression tester reads 160psi across all 4 cylinders.
Block is not warped.
Replaced the head gasket and head bolts
Replaced the head with a known good non-leaking head.
Installed new valve cover gasket set.

Again I'm stumped and have no clue what could be causing this engine to burn oil.

Even after all this it still burns oil and coats the spark plugs in oil

the compression rings and oil control rings aren't the same, just cuz one set is good doesn't mean the other set is
