I'm slowly panning out a bottom end refresh for my civic for the future and I just want to get all my ducks in a row to help my day dreaming frustrations. Hah, so I have my 91 w/ a D15B2 and am going to later swap the bottom for a Z6. I just need confirmation from this write up that I will be able to use the Oil Control Jet from my B2 block to make this Frankenstein work? or do I need an OCJ from an OBDI or II Head? If I already have the part that's awesome. After that's clear I'd be aiming to get compression close to stock and Bisi offers his steel D16 HG as a 1 layer at .009" thickness, with this combo will I run into valve to piston problems or be safe? Compression Calc seemed to come out fine but if it's a close call guess i'll seek something else out cause reliability is what I'm going for.

Simple questions and I haven't posted at all yet so I thought what better place & Questions! The answers probably wasn't too far but since there's not a specific name to this setup opposed to a Mini-Me it's been more disconcerting and getting the same results. And I don't want to swap in a whole Z6 because I'd like to stay OBD0 and I've still yet to complete my MPFI swap or even my manny swap so OBDI or II is long from my list of arrays and ik my head is good and I'd like the satisfaction of knowing my block upon inspection of preping it for installation. Any help and advice for this is much appreciated. and pls notice I said advice, if you're offering alternatives I hope they're good and cost effective. Happy Wheeling
