Basically i need a new gearbox for my z6

I've got a z6 with the gearbox code S20 and just took out my old engine d15b2 which also says s20 on the box.

I know it'll fit blablabla

But are the ratios different?

I did search and came up with this http://www.geocities.com/bing_bong916/trannyspecs1.html but it doesnt state the b2, but im thinking its the same box as the b7.

Anyhow if the ratio's what are the advantages and disadvantages?

Yes but usdm models, ex,dx si mean nothing to me. Whats the USDM equivalent to the ukdm eg4 lsi (d15b2, Hydraulic clutch) and the ukdm eg5 esi (d16z6)

ok so looked up.
d15b2 d16z6
1st 3.250 3.250
2nd 1.761 1.900
3rd 1.172 1.250
4th 0.909 0.909
5th 0.702 0.702
REVERSE 3.153 3.153
FINAL DRIVE 3.888 4.250

So 2nd, 3rd and the final drive are different. Will this have any effect on performance?

ok so i've come up with these figures:

b2

1st 12.636
2nd 6.847
3rd 4.557
4th 3.534
5th 2.729

z6

1st 13.813
2nd 8.075
3rd 5.313
4th 3.863
5th 2.984

So i'll lose whp with the b2 box? but i dont understand how?
