I've Gotten CEL8 and from research on the web i found out that its possible that 1 tooth has skipped / distributor is broken.

So i opened the top and removed the upper timing belt cover, crank pulley @ tdc (picture 1) and watched the other ones (rest) and i cant find out if it has skipped a tooth or not.

I't look like the right and the arrow would be in position if i change 1 tooth? but i dont know for sure, i made some pictures and hope you guys can help me find out.

Question TDC (the left seems to much downside, the right seems a little bit off and the underarrow also seem a little bit off, is this 1 tooth?)

this IMO, is not the best way to check.... You need to drop your lower timing cover and check timing against the oil pump cog.
