Does anyone know for sure if these heads are identical? If not, then can you use a z6 head on a d15b block with no loss in power or any other problems like timing?

I have a D15B Vtec in my '93 sedan and I'm wanting to buy a Z6 head to build. I used D16Z6 ARP headstuds when I changed the head gasket but that's all I know other than the D15B vtec block uses completely unique pistons and possibly rods, with a unique timing belt and some other parts.

Pistons and crank are the ones unique. Rods are same as Y8,A6,Z6,Y7,Y5,A9, etc
Head is the same as Z6. Don't ask about cam. The answer is found in the bermuda triangle LOL j/k!
