So here's the deal...I'm purchasing my D15B next month and using my stock DX tranny (EF9). Now...as far as ECU, wiring...and all that...what am I suppose to get...P28...i'm shootin in the dark...and will the car pass smog once I do the swap. I've heard that it could pass using the P28, but I just need to know how to go about all this. I had a 90 DX CRX with a Z6 in it...it was fun...don't get me wrong...but i'm all for the under dog...if anyone could help...i'd appreciate it cause i have hell of questions...

Ok, you wont pass smog...

do a search on "D15B smog"

But in short:

the ecu for a D15B is a P08. A P28 will run waaay too rich to smog.

If you get it chipped with p08 maps, and o2 heater enabled, you would be good to go.... as long as you have a purge solenoid, 4 wire o2, and charcoal canister.
