No, not exactly U can slap on the single solenoid vtec on ur jdm15b head and run with the p28 ecu butta, u won't get vtec untill 5500 and when u do It'll be as noticable as a b-series thats cause u don't have all 16valve engaging untill 5500 (where its supose to only have 12valve engaing and vtec at low rpm and swhitch to mid and high rpm with the dual solenoid).
