I just recently bought a 5 speed 1998 honda civic, and i came apon a problem...the check engine light is on and she is drinking gas likee a dumptruck!

So taking a closer look i realised the engine dosent match the ECU
(non vtec ecu) (vtec head)

So my vtec solenoid and oil pressure sensor is just hangging there...(to the left) lol
Is there anyway i can run wires to my ecu to connect these?

Im also having problems finding the port to diagnose the CEL

for obd2 the vtec wires go to spots a8 for the vtec solenoid and c15 for the pressure switch...you will need a vtec ecu for vtec to work...

Ill have to search somemore on my ecu...its a P2C and i cant gind anything about it online yett...

But about the port...for the code scanner is there any diagrams or anything you can get your hands on about the location of this...

I took my whole dash down lookung for it..

I hope the retard i purchased this from didnt clip it off -__-
